Terms of Services

General:
1. By purchasing art from me you agree to these terms.
2. I reserve the right to not accept a commission order without any explanation.
3. I have the right to alter my terms of service at any time.
4. Any art purchased for me is strictly for personal, and NOT commercial use.Image rights:
1. I, as an artist retain all rights to create artwork, and I reserve the right to use my artwork for advertisement, reposting it and using it in any way.
2. By purchasing art from me you agree that you won’t be taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
3. The use, under any circumstances, of any commissioned work for blockchains, non fungible tokens and cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
4. The use, under any circumstances, of any commissioned work for AI training is strictly prohibited.Payments and refunds:
1. All payments will go through my Ko-Fi.
2. Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image.
3. Full refunds can only be issued from the moment the commission is accepted to the moment the sketch is sent.
4. Once a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed. Any additional changes will come with extra charge.Other:
1. It might take a few weeks to finish the artwork, or even more if my queue is full.
2. It’s possible to set a deadline, as long as it is communicated and agreed beforehand, but I reserve the right to refuse it.
3. I do not allow due dates earlier than 1 week, and I reserve the right to raise the price.
4. Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund.
5. Commissioners will always receive a screenshot for approval for each phase of the artwork (sketch, lineart, color, shading/final touches).
